      Is the quote really free?

      Yes. Pricing, the mockup and every change to it are free. You only pay once you approve the final mockup and price.

      Do I need final sizes to get a quote?

      No. A rough total is enough to price your order. Send the exact sizes, names and numbers before production starts.

      What files work best for logos?

      Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the sharpest print. A PNG, JPG or even a photo of your current kit works too; our designers redraw it.

      How do we pay?

      By bank transfer, Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram or Remitly. Your quote lists the deposit and balance terms. Nothing is charged until you approve the mockup.

      Do you ship worldwide?

      Yes, we ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Choose your country in step 3 and the quote includes the shipping cost.
