DHL, FedEx or UPS express, usually 3–5 business days once your order is made.
Mockup in 24 hours, 7–10 days to make and check, then shipping.
Your tracking number arrives the day the boxes leave.
No surprise fees: duties are paid up front unless you choose otherwise.
Pick the day you expect to approve your mockup and where the order is going. The planner uses the same timings as our quotes.
Pick your deadline and we will tell you when to approve your mockup.
We ship worldwide from our factory in Sialkot, Pakistan. Our customers are in the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, the Gulf and beyond.
We deliver to schools, clubs, offices and homes. Express couriers can’t deliver to PO boxes, so please give a street address and a phone number for the courier.
For orders going to more than one address, such as a club with several teams, we quote each shipment separately.
You get your first mockup within 24 hours of sending your brief. Production starts when you approve the mockup and pay the deposit.
Making and checking your order takes 7–10 days. A pre-production sample adds about 7 days.
Express transit takes 3–5 business days to the USA, Canada and the UK, and a little longer to some other countries. The planner above shows typical times.
Public holidays in Pakistan, such as Eid, and customs checks can add days. If a holiday falls during your order, we say so in your quote.
Need it sooner? Tell us your date in the quote request. We confirm whether rush production can make it before you pay anything.
Shipping is priced for each order by weight, box size and destination, and listed in your quote. There are no handling fees on top.
Large orders ship in several boxes. Each box has its own tracking number and a packing list by player.
Import duties and taxes depend on your country, the products and the order value. Your country’s customs sets them, not us. You choose how they are paid:
We pay the duties and taxes and include them in your quote. Nothing to pay when the boxes arrive.
The courier collects duties, taxes and its own clearance fee from you before or on delivery.
Choose either option in your quote request. If you don’t choose, we quote duty paid.
If a delivery is refused or held because duties weren’t paid, the buyer pays the return shipping and any storage charges.
We email your tracking number the day your order leaves our factory, and you can follow it on the courier’s website.
The courier may need a signature. If nobody is there, it tries again or holds the boxes at a nearby service point.
Please check the boxes when they arrive. Note any visible damage on the courier’s delivery record before you sign, and take photos.
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you.
Tell us within 7 days of delivery if a box is damaged or something is missing, and send photos of the boxes and the items.
We handle any courier claim and remake the affected items at our cost, as set out in our returns and remakes policy. You don’t have to wait for the claim to finish.
Wrong size, name, number or colour against your approved mockup.
From delivery, with photos and your order number.
Remakes go to the front of the queue and ship express.
Everything is printed for your team and can’t be resold.
Pick what happened to see whether we remake it for free and what to do next.
Any size, name, number or spelling that doesn’t match the mockup and roster you approved.
Colours that don’t match your approved Pantone codes or sample, beyond normal variation between print runs.
Printing, stitching or fabric faults, including faults that show up within 30 days of delivery with normal use and care.
Items missing from your order or damaged in transit. Tell us about transit damage within 7 days, as our shipping policy explains.
Items you no longer need or have changed your mind about. Each piece is printed for your team and can’t be resold.
Sizes, names, numbers or spellings that match the roster you approved, even if the roster had a mistake in it.
Small differences between colours on a screen and on fabric, when the print matches your approved codes.
Shrinking, fading or damage from washing or drying that doesn’t follow the care label.
Email info@textilezilla.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of each affected item and its size label.
Keep the items unworn and unwashed until we reply, in case we need to see them.
We reply within 2 business days. You don’t need to send items back unless we ask, and if we ask, we pay the return shipping.
If we made the mistake, we remake the items and ship them express, free. Remakes go to the front of the production queue.
If a remake can’t reach you before your date, you can choose a refund for the affected items instead.
Refunds go back to the way you paid within 10 business days of our decision.
Rosters change. If you need extra pieces or a corrected size or spelling, we make them at our normal price and can add them to your next order to save shipping.
New players later in the season? We keep your files and colour codes, so a top-up order matches the first batch.
Check every name, number and size before you approve. We send the roster back to you as a list for exactly this reason.
Not sure of sizes? Ask for a size set with your quote, or use our size charts and their size finder.
Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

Step through an order to see which terms apply at each stage.
These terms apply when you use textilezilla.com and when you order from TextileZilla, owned by Muhammad Nadeem Butt, Sialkot, Pakistan (“we” or “us”).
We sell to teams, schools, clubs, leagues and businesses. By ordering, you confirm that you are buying for an organisation and are allowed to place the order for it.
Your quote sets out the details of your order. If your quote and these terms disagree, your quote applies.
Prices are in US dollars. We don’t publish prices on the website; your quote gives the exact total.
A quote is valid for 14 days. It includes production, decoration, shipping and import duties, unless you chose to pay duties on delivery.
If quantities, products or the design change after we quote, we update the quote before production starts.
Mockups are free, and you can ask for as many changes as you need before you approve.
You approve an order in writing, by email or WhatsApp, after checking the final mockup and the roster of names, numbers and sizes.
You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, sizes and quantities. We make exactly what you approve.
Changes after approval may cost extra and move your delivery date. Once fabric is printed, a change means remaking the affected pieces.
A deposit of 50% books your production slot. The balance is due before your order ships.
We accept bank transfer, Payoneer, Western Union, MoneyGram and Remitly. Bank and transfer fees are paid by the sender.
We invoice in US dollars. If a payment is late, we may hold the shipment until it is paid.
Delivery dates are our best estimate and are confirmed in your quote. If anything puts your date at risk, we tell you straight away.
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, extreme weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control.
Rush dates are agreed in writing before you pay. Shipping, duties and delivery are covered in our shipping policy.
Before you approve the mockup, you can cancel for free.
After approval but before printing starts, you can cancel and we refund the deposit minus costs already incurred, such as fabric bought for your order.
Once printing starts, the order is made for your team and can’t be cancelled.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, name, mascot and design you send us, and you agree to cover our costs if someone claims otherwise.
We may decline designs that use another organisation’s trademarks without permission, or that are offensive.
Designs we create for you are yours to use once the order is paid. We keep your files so reorders match.
We may show photos of finished orders in our portfolio and on social media. Tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.
If we make a mistake against your approved mockup and roster, we remake it as set out in our returns and remakes policy.
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected items. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as a missed game or event.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
