      Brief

It starts with your logo, team colours, roster and the date you need the uniforms. A phone photo of a sketch is enough; you don’t need finished artwork.

      Design + mockup

Our designers draw your kit to scale on the real garment pattern, with every name and number placed. You get front and back mockups within 24 hours and can ask for changes until it is right. Nothing is printed until you approve.

      Print

The approved design is printed in mirror image onto transfer paper with sublimation ink, one sheet per panel and per size. On paper the colours look flat and dull. That is normal; they come alive in the next stage.

      Heat press

Paper and polyester go through the heat press together at about 200 °C. The ink turns into a gas and bonds with the fibres, so the colours become part of the fabric. That is why sublimated uniforms never crack, peel or add weight.

      • ≈200 °C

    5. 05Days 5–7

      Cut

Each printed panel is cut along its outline: fronts, backs, sleeves, collars and shorts panels, in every size on your roster. Panels are bundled by player, so names and sizes never get mixed up.

      • Cut to each size
      • Bundled by player
    6. 06Days 7–10

      Stitch

Machinists join the panels with flatlock and overlock seams that lie flat against the skin, then add collars, armhole binding, waistbands, drawcords and size labels.

      Quality check

Every piece is checked against your approved mockup and roster: colours, names, numbers, sizes, seams and loose threads. Anything wrong is remade before it ships, and you get a photo report. See what we check.

    Questions

    How it works

Curious about something we didn’t cover? Ask the people who do it.

Is everything made in your own factory?

Yes. Design, printing, heat pressing, cutting, stitching, checking and packing all happen in our factory in Sialkot, so one team is responsible for your order from start to finish.

Why don’t sublimated uniforms crack or fade?

The heat press turns the ink into a gas that bonds with the polyester fibres. The design becomes part of the fabric instead of a layer on top, so there is nothing to crack or peel, and it lasts as long as the garment.

Can we see a sample before full production?

Yes. We make one set in your design and sizes before the full run. It adds about a week, so ask for it when you request your quote.

How do you match our team colours?

Send Pantone codes if you have them, or a photo of your current kit. We print a test strip before production and compare it with your approved mockup under daylight lamps.

What happens if something arrives wrong?

If a size, name, number or colour does not match your approved mockup and roster, we remake it. See our remakes policy.
